Non-process cleanrooms

In non-process cleanrooms, the steps involved in preparing for production are carried out: dressing, weighing, formulation, microbiological quality control of products and the environment, washing and autoclaving.

Laundry and sterilisation

    Equipment:

    • Sterivap SPH autoclave 

    Examples of training courses: 

    • Washing equipment and glassware: optimising the load of the pharmaceutical washer, designing and validating the washing cycle, choosing detergents, washing and cleaning validation
    • Sterilising equipment by autoclaving: optimising autoclave loading and unloading, cycle validation
    • Equipment qualification, maintaining qualified status, change control and documentation management

    Showrooms

    Two showrooms, fully equipped with all the facilities necessary for the proper functioning of the machines, are available to host process development activities and for the presentation of new products by equipment manufacturers.
