Aseptic formulation and filling

  • A fully equipped line for producing sterile injectable solutions, in simulated GMP conditions.

Bioproduction

  •  Two dedicated zones for upstream processing (mammalian cells and microorganisms)
  •  One zone for downstream processing
  •  Available in single-use or stainless steel formats

Solid dosage forms

  •  A full line for processing powders, tablets, and capsules, with blister packaging capabilities

Integrated technical support areas:

  •  Centralised environmental monitoring
  •  Microbiological quality control laboratory
  •  Weighing area
  •  Laundry room
  •  Storage areas

 

Flexible laboratory spaces – on demand

In addition to production lines, EASE offers laboratory-type spaces equipped with benches (paillasses), available:

  • for half a day, a full day, or for a longer duration
  • for independent use or with technical support from our team

These spaces can be used:

  • independently (e.g. for sample preparation, basic tests)
  • or combined with cleanroom access and production lines
