EASE was delighted to welcome Lilly's teams this week as part of their qualification process.
We would like to express our gratitude for the trust they have placed in us, a trust that is part of our ongoing constructive collaboration.
This session is the result of in-depth joint work between:
- the Lilly teams,
- our partner Stérigène,
- Maud LABRUYERE, Stérigène trainer,
and the EASE teams mobilised to organise and support the training.
Collaboration to improve skills
The aim of these training days is to strengthen the technical and operational skills of operators, enabling them to work in an environment that complies with pharmaceutical industry standards.
Thanks to the involvement of all stakeholders, this week has combined theory, practice and personalised support to ensure skills development in line with the qualification needs of the teams.
Thank you to our partners
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to Lilly for their trust, as well as to Stérigène for their valuable collaboration.
EASE is proud to contribute to these structured training programmes designed to support operational excellence in the pharmaceutical sector.
