Octapharma continues its induction days at EASE
As the new academic year gets underway, EASE was delighted to welcome the Octapharma teams once again as part of their induction days for new staff.
Two sessions were organised at EASE: one last week and the second this week. These days form part of the induction programme set up by Octapharma to enable new recruits to gain a better understanding of the pharmaceutical environment and the requirements associated with working in a controlled environment.
An immersion in the pharmaceutical environment
During their visit to EASE, participants benefit from a practical and immersive approach.
The session enables them to explore, in particular:
- the operating principles of a controlled-atmosphere area;
- access and dressing rules;
- expected behaviour in a controlled environment;
- issues relating to hygiene and contamination control;
- an introduction to an environment representative of the constraints encountered in the pharmaceutical industry.
The aim is to enable new employees to better understand, from the moment they join the company, the importance of individual and collective behaviour in controlling the production environment.
A dynamic start to the new financial year for Octapharma
The number of participants welcomed during these two new sessions also illustrates Octapharma’s current momentum and the arrival of many new colleagues within its teams.
EASE is delighted to be able to support this onboarding process and to help familiarise new recruits with the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical sector.
This ongoing collaboration also demonstrates the trust placed in EASE to provide practical scenarios and training that closely reflect the realities faced by professionals in the sector.
