An ambitious project led by the healthcare industry
EASE is the result of an initiative led by the Biovalley France competitiveness cluster and the University of Strasbourg.
A substantial investment, decisive support
The public sector has mobilised on a massive scale to finance the construction and equipment of EASE, which has received strong support from the State via:
- the Programme d’Investissements d’Avenir (PIA) → €10 million
- the Eurométropole de Strasbourg → €4 million
- the Grand Est Region → €4 million
- the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) → €4 million
- and private partnerships raised by the University of Strasbourg Foundation, which validate the support of the entire industrial sector for EASE → €6.7 million
