ISO 9001:2015 certification

In November 2022, the EASE team obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification in the following areas of application:

PROVISION OF SERVICES IN CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE AREAS (CAA) AND/OR TERTIARY AREAS, FOR TRAINING, EVENTS OR FOR THE PURPOSES OF PRE-INDUSTRIALISATION AND RESEARCH VALORISATION.

This certification demonstrates our commitment to continuously improving our processes and services in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.

The certification was a natural step in the evolution of our EASE training facility.

 

Our mission

Faced with major current and future health challenges, it is essential to maintain and develop drug production in France. EASE is part of this dynamic, hosting training courses, R&D activities and events in its 2,000 m² of clean rooms in a controlled environment. Its design, developed with the support of manufacturers, is modelled on that of a pharmaceutical production site. Three production lines for injectables, biomolecules and dry forms are installed in the 2,000 m², which are also supplied with pharmaceutical utilities and supported by a quality system. EASE supports its clients throughout the product value chain, from the R&D phases to the training of production teams. An initial process was launched in 2020 to certify part of EASE's activity: the rental of space and technical support for these three areas, leading to ISO 9001 certification in November 2022, as well as annual renewals.
